In the Canine Massage Theory and Techniques Program, Dr. Sue Furman presents a comprehensive view of how the touch of massage affects the body, mind and spirit of the dog and how to perform over 30 Swedish massage strokes. The twelve lively 60 minute online PowerPoint™ modules are separated in two sections that emphasize the two themes of the program:

Canine Massage and the Body, Mind and Spirit — Modules 1-6 deliver dynamic PowerPoint™ presentations that stress and clearly teach how the organ systems of the dog's body perceive, respond to, and heal with massage.
Canine Massage Techniques: Petting with a Purpose — Modules 7-12 present videos that demonstrate how and where to perform more than 30 Swedish massage strokes. These modules also explain how each stroke interacts with sensory receptors to encourage relaxation and healing of the dog's body, mind and spirit.
