Dog Lovers Canine Massage

Petting with a Purpose Online Series

The Petting with a Purpose Series of classes is designed for dog lovers of all levels of canine massage expertise. For example, a novice or a Certifited Massage Practitioner (CMP) may wish to use canine massage to encourage fitness in a dog or may wish to learn and perform canine massage that will improve the comfort level of a dog with arthritis.

Dr. Sue presents lively 60 minute lectures that make you think you are sitting in a class room with her as you listen to her explain the material. Each of the Petting with a Purpose classes provides a firm foundation of how and where to perform approximately 15 basic Swedish massage moves. The novice can use this as a starting point to learn canine massage while a CMP can use the material to review and refresh their techniques.

Additional material is devoted to the specific goal of the class. These classes include downloadable handouts, video clips of each massage move, and tests that are immediately graded online. Petting with a Purpose Onsite, hands-on classes are available. Please contact Dr. Sue for details.
